This page contains datasets in Excel format. This data will be particularly useful for users who would like the same data for a series of different years rather than just for one year.
Note 1: Tables are mainly offered for the purposes of extracting figures. Due to the size of some of the files they are not recommended for printing.

Workbooks which contain data for several years
The following workbooks provide the data for several years in the form of a separate spreadsheet for each year, which has a table of figures for that year. They are not conventional time series tables because they do not have a separate row (or column) for each year. However, they do provide a more detailed breakdown of the figures for each year than the conventional time series tables, because the tables in these workbooks cross-classify each area's deaths in each year by sex and by age group, and they use more detailed age groups than the time series tables.
