Version control exists within multiple platforms used by GTC Scotland.
Firstly, within the online repository known as Atlas (Dynamics) records related to Registrants are stored and accessed with changes over time recorded via an audit history. We have included an example of the audit history which can be viewed internally on Appendix 6.
Secondly, documents held on the Hub can reflect the date they were created, modified (the user who did so) and allows for them to go through an approval process where necessary. We have included an example of this as Appendix 7.
Thirdly, within the documents themselves, staff can give comments, markup text and review changes where the user, content and timestamp of the change is recorded.
Finally, within the platform of Zendesk, incoming calls and emails are time and date stamped with communication and internal notes displaying how interactions have gone and when they occurred for a shared response displaying a clear audit trail.
