Tables 1 to 3 (published on 17 December 2015)
Contain the 'provisional' figures for 2015 which were used to produce the publication, which explains (on page 4 and in Note 2 of page 10) that the figures are based on data for births that were registered in the first eleven months (or so) of the year.

Tables 4, 5 and 6 (published on 15 March 2016)
Contain the final figures for 2015. They cover all births that were registered in 2015, including those whose details arrived too late to be included in the data used to produce the material published on 17 December 2015. Table 6 omits names given to only 1-2 babies of that sex in the specified council area.
