Tables 1 to 3 (published on 19 December 2017)
Contain the 'provisional' figures for 2017 which were used to produce the publication, which explains (on page 4 and in Note 2 of page 10) that the figures are based on data for births that were registered in the first eleven months (or so) of the year. These tables have not been updated since then.

Tables 4, 5 and 6 (published on 20 March 2018)
These tables contain the final figures for 2017. They cover all births that were registered in 2017, including those whose details arrived too late to be counted in the statistics that were published on 19 December 2017. Table 6 omits names given to only 1-2 babies of that sex in the specified council area.
