Tables 1 to 3 (published on 17 December 2019)
Contain the 'provisional' figures for 2019 which were used to produce the publication, which explains (on page 6, and in Note 2 on page 13) that the figures are based on data for births that were registered in the first eleven months (or so) of the year.

Tables 4, 5 and 6 (to be published in mid-March 2020)
These tables will contain the final figures for 2019. They will cover all births that were registered in 2019, including those whose details arrived too late to be counted in the statistics that were published on 17 December 2019. Table 6 will omit names given to only 1-2 babies of that sex in the specified council area.
Please note that, before National Records of Scotland (NRS) can produce these lists, it must check that it has received and processed correctly all the records of births that were registered in 2019 at all the offices around Scotland.  The lists are scheduled to be produced two or three weeks before their publication date, and NRS cannot provide any information from them before they are published.
