Shaping Scotland's Future (3.83 MB)

National Records of Scotland had a stand at The Gathering on 21-22 February 2018. We also gave a presentation on 22 February, called  ‘National Records of Scotland – shaping Scotland’s future’. Our presentation highlighted how Scotland’s population is changing; how we think it will change further and the implications this has for the third sector and others. We highlighted the various statistical information we publish, free of charge, which is available to everyone. We also offered information about our plans for the 2021 Census. The session highlighted and explored the ways that we think we can work with organisations across the third sector as we plan for the next census.
