Andrew Fraser

Andrew is currently Head of Democratic and Administrative Services at North Ayrshire Council in Irvine. He acts as Solicitor to the Council and his remit includes Legal, Committee and Member Services, Communications, Community Planning, Policy and Performance, Civil Contingencies, Licensing, Records Management and a Change Team. He qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and  his career has been in local government since then. He is currently President of the Society of Local Government Lawyers and Administrators in Scotland (SOLAR).
