Correction - 30 June 2021
A correction was made to this table on 30 June 2020, as a programming error meant that around 80 deaths involving influenza between 2000-2019 were missed from the previous version of the table. This only affected Table 1, Table 2 (deaths where influenza was the underlying cause) was unaffected.
